HIGH PAY RATE
We offer competitive compensation and the chance for ongoing employment with the start of each subsequent shearing season in 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 and onwards +++ yearly.
ABOUT US:
Shearpower2Ewe is a fully mobile shearing service, operating within a 350km radius of Sydney, covering North/South/West regions including the outer Sydney Basin Area. We specialize in sheep, alpaca, and goat shearing, as well as livestock handling and husbandry.
WE ARE SEEKING AND HIRING KEEN & RELIABLE EMPLOYEES BELOW:

Shearers: Experienced shearers or learners willing to start immediately for this year's shearing season. Accommodation can be provided.

Livestock Handlers: Individuals with knowledge in handling livestock, setting up yards, and general husbandry for sheep, goats, and alpacas. A truck driver's license is preferred.

Office & Admin Worker / Site Assistant – Travel & Camp Out Required.
**About the Role office/admin:**
We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual who is comfortable balancing both office/administrative duties and hands-on fieldwork. This role involves traveling to various sites, assisting with shearing operations, and living on-site (camping) for extended periods.
**Location:** Flexible, with extended travel across regional areas
**Duration:** Seasonal/Extended Weeks (with camping accommodations)
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, emails, invoicing, and communication with clients.
- Assist with logistics and operations on shearing sites, including equipment setup, livestock handling, and general support.
- Help with data entry, software management, and tracking operations on computers and mobile devices.
- Manage multi-tasking demands by balancing office tasks and hands-on work during peak shearing periods.
### **Requirements:**
- **Fit and able** to handle physical work on shearing sites.
- **Willing to travel and camp out** for several weeks at a time (accommodation provided).
- Strong **computer and phone skills** for admin work, including using spreadsheets and business management software.
- **Good communication skills** for interacting with clients, partners, and team members.
- Must be **organized, adaptable**, and ready to jump into any task required on-site.
- Ability to work well in remote areas and **get hands dirty** when needed.
**Preferred:**
- Experience with livestock or agricultural operations is a bonus.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge would be highly regarded.
